For the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with & subject to, prevailing English Law. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems & data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems & data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Payment
Paypal an online payment system for accepting payments as this is an easy, fast & safe way to pay. Our online shop will automatically direct you to pay through Paypal. Don’t worry if you don’t have an account, you can pay with a card & do not need to sign up for an account. Cancellation Policy Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification, for instance, via email – we will confirm receipt of cancellation. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Product Availability
In the event we are out of stock of a particular item you require or you would like a large quantity, please email us & we will endeavour to reply to you within 1 working day. We do not hold large quantities of stock due to limited storage space although the items we sell are readily available to us so it is very likely we will be able to help you. Please note that for the same reason, some of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Despatch
Once your order has been processed & dispatched you will receive an e-mail informing you the order has been sent. Delivery time will depend upon method, see delivery section for approximate times. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for delays in you receiving your order as a result of the postal carrier once the goods have left our premises.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing &/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after this period, fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the wrong item is shipped or arrives damaged (photographs will need to be supplied) we will replace the item. We do not refund Postage costs.
Delivery
Delivery is within mainland UK will be by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order. Delivery charges may vary on the size & weight of the order & will be calculated at the checkout.
